How long does the battery last?
6–8 hours of continuous use at typical brightness. Heavy use (max brightness, video playback) reduces to 4–5 hours. Standby time is 24+ hours. Full charge takes 3–4 hours from empty.
Can I install my own apps?
Yes. EDLA-certified Android 13 includes Google Play. Install any Android app — productivity, collaboration, education, retail. TZ Display does not restrict app installation.
Is the rotation motorized or manual?
Standard models use manual rotation — push the screen, it rotates smoothly to the next detent. Motorized rotation is available as an option for digital poster use cases where the screen auto-rotates based on content orientation.
What is the typical lead time?
Standard SKUs ship within 15–25 business days after PO confirmation. Custom OEM projects typically run 30–45 business days from artwork approval to first article. Detailed lead time provided in the quotation.
What warranty and support is included?
3-year standard warranty on all commercial display products. Spare parts, RMA workflow, remote diagnostic support and on-site engineering for qualified project orders. Multi-language support in English, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic and Russian.
